Minimum Age
Campers MUST be at least 4 years of age by the start of the Camp session.
Illness Policy
If your child is displaying any signs of active sickness such as fever, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, or runny nose please do not attend Camp.
We reserve the right to restrict any child displaying signs of active sickness from participating in the program.
Extreme Weather
Refunds to registrations are only given if the program has been cancelled due to extreme weather or hazardous air quality conditions.
Cancellations to our programs hosted outdoors may be made in the case of high wind, flood danger, or unhealthy smoke.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the start of the first session of the summer are eligible for a refund.
If there is a waitlist for the program and the spot can be filled, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Art Play LLC. No changes can be made once a session has started.
Missed days are not eligible for make-up or refunds; whether on purpose, accident, or due to sudden illness.
